Support for Multicultural Families at Risk

Eligibility and application procedures for the Multicultural Families at Risk support program
Eligibility	Multicultural families at risk residing in Daegu City Children with developmental delays, or who are in need of support for school educational expenses, due to their parents’ unemployment, disease, domestic violence, divorce, death, or abandonment Individuals requiring emergency support due to domestic violence, harassment, and/or neglect Individuals requiring support for expenses to visit their home country due to the death or illness of a parent Other individuals for whom support is deemed necessary by the Mayor of Daegu Metropolitan City
Application method	Support of up to KRW 1 million for living costs, medical costs, educational costs, etc. ※ Applications must be submitted at the applicant’s community service center of residence (eup, myeon, dong)
Application procedure	Visit your local community service center to apply (fill out all relevant forms) → review of documents and possible request for further information by gu and gun offices → decision of support by Daegu Metropolitan City and payment of grants
