Requirements for using the experience halls
Wear comfortable clothes for the experience.
Due to the nature of the experience, wearing skirts, lace clothing, shoes, or flip-flops may limit the experience.
Punctuality
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early.
- Late arrival may result in cancellation or penalties in relation to the experience (reduced experience time).
Group experiences involving schools
- Responsible chaperones or teachers should accompany students for group experiences involving schools.
- Responsible chaperones or teachers should be included in the online reservation for the experience.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your reservation online up to two days before the experience date (and by phone after that).
- If you fail to show up for an experience without cancelling your reservation, you will not be permitted to make a reservation for the following six months.
Experiences for people with disabilities
One chaperone per person with disabilities must be present to ensure safety during the experience.
Changes in experience courses
For foreigners and people with disabilities, part of the experience courses can be changed depending on the experience level.
Other precautions
- Comply with all directions given by staff members.
- Avoid disruptive behavior, including running or playing in the building.
- Do not leave the group without the permission of staff members.
- Smoking, drinking, and eating are prohibited.
- Do not arbitrarily touch or manipulate the equipment in the experience facilities.
- Pets (except service dogs) are not allowed.
- Do not damage the exhibits in the experience halls.
- Do not engage in any behavior that may threaten the safety of other people.
