Updated to reflect most recent information, including new routes for Daegu City Tour
Daegu Metropolitan City (DMC) has developed a tourist map that directs tourists to Daegu’s major attractions and convenience facilities/amenities.
<Daegu Tourist Map in multiple languages>

The map, which is provided in three languages other than Korean (English, Japanese, Chinese (simplified, traditional)), provides information on Daegu’s key attractions, festivals, and foods; routes for the Daegu City Tour added in 2024; traffic information (e.g. Seodaegu Station); and information related to major annual festivals.
The front of the map offers an easy-to-read array of information about Daegu’s infrastructure, including a map of the city, subway map, and public transportation-related details. The back is filled with information on attractions, events and food, including a detailed map of downtown Daegu, recommended routes for street tours of Jung-gu, key attractions per district, routes for Daegu City Tour added in 2024, Daegu’s 10 most famous foods, and dates/locations for major festivals.
The map’s 225,000 hard copies will be distributed to Tourist Information Centers, highway rest areas, hotels, and key transportation hubs to ensure easy access.
The maps are also available at Daegu Tourist Information (tour.daegu.go.kr), DMC’s tourism website, for downloading. If desired, an application can be submitted for a paper version to be mailed to one’s home.

Bae Jeong-sik, head of DMC’s Culture, Sports & Tourism Division, said, “We hope the latest revision of the Daegu Tourist Map makes tourists’ experiences of our city more convenient and enjoyable. We hope the map helps to boost tourist satisfaction and, ultimately, revitalize the local tourism industry.”
