A walking trail of reeds and flame grass
Daemyung Flood Reservoir is one of Daegu’s best autumn destinations. The billowing fields of reeds and flame grass sparkle under the sun to be just as (or even more!) beautiful as flowers.
Make sure to visit before Korea’s short autumn season comes to an end!

Daemyung Flood Reservoir is a key ecological attraction of Daegu that covers a vast area of 250,000 square meters.
Of the reservoir’s diverse plant life, the most frequently-occurring type is the common reed. The walking trail, which cuts across wide expanses of reeds and flame grass, offers some of Daegu’s most beautiful autumn scenery.

The walking trail is available in three courses (15 min., 30 min., 60 min.).
