Opening Hours

  • 9:00a.m. ~ 6:00p.m.

A Day with Culture(Last Wednesday of every month)

  • 20% discount on oriental medicine experience.

Closed

  • Monday (except holiday Mondays), January 1st, Day of Korean Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day

Admission Fees

  • As a contribution to resolving social polarization, admission to Daegu Yangnyeongsi Museum of Oriental Medicine is free of charge.
  • Some hands-on programs require admission fees.

Audio Guide

  • We provide audio guides to our visitors to help you understand the material better.
  • The audio guides are provided in 4 languages: Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.
  • Please ask for them at the Help Desk on the 3rd floor.

Visitor Tips and Policies

  • Children aged 6 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please keep quiet in the Museum.
  • Food and drinks, as well as pets are not allowed inside the Museum.
  • Please refrain from touching or any other acts that could damage the exhibits.
  • Taking pictures with flash or tripods and/or for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from wardrobe such as slippers that could disturb other visitors.
  • Visitors who behave excessively disorderly and disturb others could be prohibited from the Museum.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Daegu Yangnyeongsi Museum of Oriental Medicine.
  • Please be careful not to bump into stairs and table corners.

  • Yangnyeongsi Commercial Parking Lot (behind the Museum) : 1,000 Won for the first 30 minutes
